Hi My mane is Ellie and I am the mother of SR. Berg. SR Berg is a 5th generation military enlistee. Our family has represented every branch of the military with the USCG being the lastest addition. Just a little note about SR Berg. He is from Wisconsin. He has 4 brothers and 2 sisters. He is the 2nd oldest male and our most active child. SR Berg has wanted to be in the military since he was about 7. He spent most of his childhood as a army brat. He has a tight group of friends at home that have all enlisted with him but into various branches. He really enjoys playing on the x-box and hanging out with his friends. He is a great young man and a asset to our country. (but I am bias.)

  1. My name is Ann and my daughter is SR Patino. She is our only child. Most of her childhood was spend on the waters of Lake Michigan as we are avid boaters. SR Patino has always enjoyed athletics as she lettered in three varsity sports, swimming & diving, girls basketball, and was the goal keeper for soccer. Her Great Grandfather was a Naval Officer during WWII and Uncle was a Boatswain's Mate during Vietnam. She was born to be on the water! She would like to make a career out of the Coast Guard and start as Boatswain's Mate and move into Law Enforcement. Her family could not be more proud of her. Mom

  2. We are the parents of SR Cox. Cox is the second boy out of 3 boys and he has a sister. Brad's younger brother is in the Ga National Guard. Brad has been looking for direction for many years and joining the Coast Guard fits his character and personality to a tee. Brad loves being outdoors, loves the water, and most important, Brad likes to help others. He has the biggest most caring heart and wants to save the world. He is the party when he enters a room. He will be such an asset to the Coast Guard, we are extremely proud of his decision and how he has grown into the man he is today. We love you!
